Ricky Womack Jr., an Illinois native and youth football coach facing statutory rape allegations, has made headlines after being rehired as a volunteer coach.
According to a recent social media post, Westville High School superintendent Seth Miller has rehired Ricky Womack Jr. as a volunteer football coach despite rape allegations against him.
The now viral post further reveals that Ricky Womack Jr. fathered two children with a Westville High School girl while previously serving as a volunteer coach.
One of those girls was a 16-year-old minor and sophomore at Westville High School when she allegedly got pregnant with Ricky’s child, who was 24 at that time, which, according to the law, is statutory rape.
Likewise, the post further added that Seth Miller, along with board member Michael Acord, one of Ricky’s maternal uncles, knew this; however, instead of reporting it to DCFS or police, they rehired Ricky Womack Jr. in August 2019, just months after the victim’s graduation.
The post reads:
“The school board didn’t stop it — because Ricky is the nephew of longtime board member Michael Acord. Nepotism. Corruption. Criminal neglect. We have the court records. We have the timelines. We have former staff who were told to stay quiet and let the heat die down. This was a deliberate cover-up to protect predators, not students. This is not a scandal — this is a crime. And everyone who helped hide it should be fired, investigated, and prosecuted.”

“When you’ve got a board who supports this, because they are as equally as disgusting.. nothing ever changes.Seth, the Barney’s and galleons have it stacked in their favor and for those they prefer. It’s atrocious, incestuous politicsNone of these people need to be so involved with our children .As most, are GROSSLY unqualified😡.”

Another added:
“I think the biggest issue at hand is that these are known facts and concerns and the school board has tried to keep it under the radar to protect him instead of the students. If you saw his TikTok posts, you’d get a pretty clear picture of how disgusting and unacceptable the behavior is for someone directly involved with high school students.”
However, despite the allegation and rising curiosity, neither Ricky Womack Jr. nor Westville High School has made a public statement and remains silent.
