NFL Hall of Famer Dick Lane’s sons have teamed up to bring their father’s documentary “Train: The Dick “Night Train” Lane Story.

The documentary mainly focuses on Dick’s life in Austin, Texas.

A 114-minute-long documentary took four years to get filmed, and it debuted at the American Black Film Festival in Miami Beach last year.

As per the reports, a screening will take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, in conjunction with the kickoff of the Original L.C. Anderson High School’s 12th annual all-school reunion.

Screening begins 6:30 p.m. at Austin Film Society Cinema, 6259 Middle Fiskville Road.

Diehard NFL fans are familiar with Lane’s story, but if the documentary is sold and distributed, casual observers will be treated to his incredible rise from near-death in infancy to the pinnacle of his profession.
