Jeff Teague, a former NBA star and now head coach at Pike High School, once competed against his younger brother, Marquis Teague, in the NBA, giving fans several viral sibling moments.

The Teague siblings not only won the hearts of millions with their impressive basketball skills but also captured attention for years with their funny—and sometimes embarrassing—moments on the court.

Furthermore, the most viral moment involving Jeff Teague and his brother, Marquis Teague, occurred in 2014.

During a 2014 NBA game between the Atlanta Hawks and the Brooklyn Nets, Jeff Teague had a moment he’ll never forget, and neither will his younger brother, Marquis.

In a now-viral video, Jeff, playing for the Hawks at the time, crossed up Marquis, who was playing for the Nets, so badly that it left him off balance. To make matters worse, Marquis ended up breaking his ankles during the game.

Jeff later, in a Club 520 podcast, said that the moment became a running joke in the family and one of his all-time favorite moments.

Things got even funnier when NBA legend Paul Pierce, who was on the court at the time, looked at both brothers and jokingly said, “Y’all the ugliest brothers in the league.. by far. By far!“

Despite their humorous moments on the court, Jeff Teague and his younger brother, Marquis, share a close-knit bond off the court, always standing by each other as constant supporters.

Jeff Teague also guided his younger brother Marquis in his basketball journey from a very young age.

He also played for Jeonju KCC Egis in South Korea in the 2018-2019 season and later for the London Lions in the British Basketball League from 2021 to 2022.
