Miami Dolphins’ Zach Wilson stepped in as the starting quarterback in 2023, taking over for Aaron Rodgers.
His mom, Lisa Wilson, shared how proud she was of how well he played.
Zach comes from a big, supportive family of eight. His parents, Michael and Lisa, have six children: four sons and two daughters, so football and family support have always been a significant part of his life.
Wilson Sisters Shine In Their Own Paths From Dance And Cheer To College Football And Parenthood
Zach Wilson isn’t the oldest in his family, though he’s often seen as a role model to his younger siblings.
The oldest sister, Whitney, plays a caring and thoughtful role in the Wilson household.
Whitney Wilson, who works as a dance instructor at Elite Dance Studio in Holladay, Utah, got married to Chad Beckstrom in 2021.
Their mother, Lisa Wilson, shared her love for Whitney on Instagram, calling her the one in the family who never forgets a birthday and always makes an effort to make others feel special.
Her account is filled with cheerful photos, including moments with her husband, clips from the dance studio, and snapshots of her family.
She appears to share a close bond with her younger brother Zach, as seen in a heartfelt birthday post featuring throwback pictures.
Now, Zach is officially a new uncle, thanks to the arrival of his sister Whitney’s baby girl, Millie Lisa Beckstrom, born on April 14, 2025.
Weighing 8 pounds 1 ounce and measuring 21 inches long, Millie has already brought joy to the Wilson family.
Similarly, Sophie Rose Wilson, the youngest of the Wilson siblings, is already making a name for herself in competitive cheerleading.
While she’s still a teenager and keeps a relatively low profile online, her Instagram shows her passion for the sport.
In one post, she proudly shared a photo of her team holding a massive trophy, captioned, “Wicked is 2023 NCA Champions.”
According to a post by MACS Cheer on X (formerly Twitter), Sophie’s team became the first-ever NCA champions for their program.
Like the rest of the Wilson family, Sophie is driven and competitive.
Furthermore, Isaac Wilson, Zach Wilson’s younger brother, is a talented four-star quarterback from Corner Canyon High School.
Isaac had an impressive season, throwing for 3,774 yards and 40 touchdowns. He led his team to an 11–3 record and a spot in the state championship game.
Football runs in the family, as their brothers Josh and Micah also played linebacker at Brigham Young University.
