A native of St. Augustine, Florida, Colby has been serving as a virtual adult high school teacher and mathematics teacher in the St. Johns County School District.
Additionally, he also serves as the president and coach of St. John’s Spartans, INC. Before that, Colby worked as the president and football coach of West Augustine Youth Development, guiding both his sons, Brysen and his elder brother, Myles, in their sports journey.
Colby Wright earned his master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Florida State University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina.
