Josh was born on March 4, 1985, in Phoenix, Arizona. Emmett, an American professional mixed martial artist (MMA), competes in the Featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Additionally, Joshua made his promotional debut in the UFC on May 8, 2016, against Jon Tuck as a short-notice replacement at UFC Fight Night 87.

On the UFC, Josh became Performance of the Night once. Moreover, MMA has also won Fight of the Night three times in the UFC.

Furthermore, in the history of the UFC Featherweight division, Emmett was tied with Jeremy Stephens for the most knockdowns.

Also, he became a champion at WCFC Lightweight in the West Coast Fighting Championship.

Josh Emmett has two siblings named James and Sarah. James Emmett is currently serving as the client and producer services manager at Pacific Life.

He has been in the Pacific since October 2022 and is still working there. Before that, Emmet’s brother had been working full-time as an area manager at Viking Pool Supply and Maintenance for almost 8 months.

Additionally, James worked as a privately hired investigator or skip tracer on the American Recovery Service for two years and nine months.

For six years, from March 2012 to February 2018, Josh’s brother has given his time to Military Police in the US Army.

Before that, in Folsom, California, at Farmer Insurance, he was a policy consultant.

Talking about his academics, James graduated with a 3.33 GPA in Business and Management from Folsom Lake College.

Moreover, the brother completed his course on Business Administration and Management with a 3.5 GPA from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Also, Emmett’s brother has gone to United States Army Schools and Centers, a Military Police Academy for Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services.

The siblings have great chemistry with each other. James also attends the fights and matches with his older brother.

They also spend their vacations with each other. On one Instagram post, James captioned:

The MMA struggled to deal with Topuria’s smooth boxing, particularly his stiff jab and was knocked out in the second and fourth rounds, the latter of which was a one-sided beating.

His face sustained the most damage, with his left eye bleeding heavily and almost swelling shut.
