As he won the 1970 U.S. Junior Amateur at Athens Country Club, Koch decided to pursue his collegiate career at the University of Florida.

Koch officially joined the PGA TOUR in 1976. Eventually, he collected six career victories in his 15 seasons on the TOUR.

The golf legend has been happily married to his wife, Donna Suarez, for a couple of decades.

Gary and Donna’s love story began long before their names became synonymous with the world of golf.

As per reports, the two crossed paths during their high school days at King High School in Tampa, Florida.

The high school sweethearts tied the knot as their relationship blossomed into a deep and meaningful connection.

However, hardly any information is available on the long-time partner of the PGA star.
