He was a school basketball team member known for his speed and energy on the court.

In February, Davis was able to participate in Senior Night while still fighting osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer.

He was diagnosed in December 2023, after experiencing knee pain and a noticeable decline in performance during practice.

In 2025, Davis expressed how quickly things changed, sharing how tough it was to go from playing at full strength to struggling to walk.

He is survived by his father, Mitchy Mitch Randle, and his mother, Danielle DeShea, who both stood by him with love and strength throughout his battle.

Mitchy Mitch Randle shared how deeply heartbroken he is over the loss of his son, Davis.

He said 18 years wasn’t nearly enough time and that Davis would always be his best buddy.

She also shared that Davis, known for his great spirit, was accepting donations to brighten his days with things he loves, like shopping.

Despite the hardship, she expressed deep gratitude for the support and love from their family and community, reminding everyone that, with God’s help, they would get through this together.

Moreover, Tim Blacsmith shared the heartbreaking experience of picking up his son after he lost a close friend, Davis.
