Geno Auriemma is the head coach of the University of Connecticut (UConn) Huskies women’s basketball team.

Geno Auriemma is a family man with a deep commitment to his loved ones.

He has been married to Kathy Auriemma since 1978, whom he met during his college days at Montgomery County Junior College.

Kathy was a cheerleader, and their relationship began unexpectedly after a basketball game when she asked Geno for a ride home.

They married in 1978 and have been together for over 40 years. Together, they have three children: two daughters and one son, Jenna, Alysa, and Michael.

Jenna, the eldest, leads a more private life than other family members. It is known that she is married to her husband, Todd Stigliano, and they have three children together.

They have a son named Christian James, who was born in 2010, and no information about their other children is available in the public domain.

The middle child, Alysa, is strongly connected to education and sports. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in English literature.
