Blake Elizabeth Mohler is a professional volleyball player with an impressive career that began at Purdue University and continues in both U.S. and international leagues. From 2016 to 2019, Blake played as a middle blocker for the Purdue Boilermakers, where she stood out with 976 kills and 497 blocks, leading her team in blocks for three seasons (2016, 2018, and 2019). Her skills earned her Third Team AVCA All-America honors in 2018 and an AVCA All-America Honorable Mention in 2019, marking her as one of the top NCAA Division I players. Off the court, Blake majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management and was recognized as an Academic All-Big Ten honoree for her academic excellence. After graduating in 2019, Blake turned pro and joined the Béziers Angels in France’s Ligue A Féminine in August 2022. She helped them win the French Cup with her strong blocking and attacking skills. In 2024, she returned to the U.S. to play in the Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF), competing for the Orlando Valkyries and later signing with the Indy Ignite, where she continues to play as a middle blocker. During the PVF’s first season in early 2024, Blake suffered a torn hip labrum, which sidelined her, but she recovered fully by July 2024 and resumed playing for both the Indy Ignite and Béziers Angels. Before Blake, Michael Soroka was in a relationship with Claire Bergh, a former soccer player and corporate banking professional. Claire Bergh is a corporate banking associate at Scotiabank in Calgary, Alberta, where she has worked in the energy division since September 2019. Before this, she was an office manager at Enercapita (2018-2019) and completed a marketing internship at Bergh Tatomir & Associates in 2016. Claire graduated from Bryant University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Supply Chain Management and earning honors all four years. Not to forget, Claire is also an accomplished athlete. She played soccer as a midfielder for the Bryant University Bulldogs, appearing in 63 matches during her college career. At Ernest Manning High School in Calgary, she was a starting midfielder/defender and helped her team win two city championships. Michael and Claire began dating in 2022, with their relationship becoming public in August 2022. Claire shared photos with Michael at Big Mountain Pass in Utah on August 2, 2022, marking their first public appearance as a couple on social media. They shared several instances of their sound relationship. In January 2023, Michael had shared another photo with Claire, indicating their relationship was going strong. However, by late 2023, Michael and Claire had parted ways, as Michael began dating Blake Mohler in December 2023. Their relationship lasted approximately one year, from mid-2022 to mid-2023.
