Green made his professional mixed martial arts debut In January 2008, and since then, he has competed in independent events and collected an 8-1 record.

He is the former King of the Cage Lightweight Champion and Junior Welterweight Champion. In addition, he has also competed in Tachi Palace Fights, Strikeforce, and Affliction.

Green eventually sought help and began working with a therapist, which helped him process his grief and move forward.

He also turned to religion and started attending church regularly, which he credits with helping him to find peace and purpose in his life.

In addition to his transformation, Green has made significant changes in his fighting career. He has adopted a more patient and technical approach to his fights.

He has worked with various organizations, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, to help underprivileged children and has also started his own foundation to support at-risk youth.

Bobby Green’s Personal Life

Bobby Green was born in San Bernardino, California, on September 9, 1986, to Mitchell Davis and Connie Scott.

At the young age of five, he was placed in foster care. Because his biological father was in jail and his mother could not care for him due to her drug addiction, he was later adopted.

Green attended A.B. Miller High School in Fontana, California, for his high school education.

Mitchell Davis was the biological father of Green. Green has the most emotional and intimate bond with his foster father, Jacob Benny.

Green also had a younger brother named Mitchell Wayne Davis Jr., who was murdered in a drive-by shooting in 2013.

Green recently revealed on The MMA Hour that the UFC, for whom he is still grateful, covered the costs of his brother’s funeral.

Talking about his personal life, Green has three children with three different women. Only one of them lives with him.

Green declared that he would change his name from Bobby Green to King following his fight with Jared Gordon.

According to Green, he has wanted to change his name for a couple of years.

However, his previous attempts to do so were unsuccessful because he had an outstanding debt that needed to be paid off first.
