Attica, Michigan Mourns Longtime Resident and Former Athlete Vincent Henry Letosky, 89, Survived by Wife Donna and Two Children

Vincent Henry Letosky, a resident of Attica, Michigan, and a former multi-sports athlete, passed away at the age of 89, leaving his loved ones devastated.

According to his obituary page, Vincent Henry Letosky died peacefully on Sunday, August 31, 2025, surrounded by his family at his home in Attica.

Vincent touched the lives of many with his kind and helpful nature, as well as his contributions to the community as a veteran, engineer, and athlete.

Born on August 6, 1936, in Pennsylvania to parents Charles and Emily Letosky, Vincent began his sports journey from a very young age.

He played multiple sports, including volleyball, basketball, and softball, at Hamtramck High School, from which he graduated in 1953.

Although he didn’t pursue his career in sports, in his free time, he would play volleyball, basketball, and softball with his friends. He also played in the men’s softball league.

After graduating from Hamtramck High School, Vincent went to serve his country in the United States Air Force.

Similarly, he later pursued his career in engineering and served as the electrical engineer for GM for over 30 years.

Furthermore, the death of Vincent Henry Letosky has left a profound void in the lives of his family, friends, and loved ones.

Many of his loved ones are paying tribute to the late Vincent and extending their heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.

Vincent Letosky is Survived By His Longtime Wife, Donna, Two Kids, Grandchildren, and the Whole Family

Vincent Henry Letosky was a great husband to his longtime wife, Donna Graham Letosky. The couple tied the knot in 1987 and were happily married for nearly four decades.

While Donna hasn’t shared much about the passing of her beloved husband, as she is currently grieving the loss, the couple lived a happy life.

Vincent and Donna loved traveling in their motorhome, going up to Sand Lake to their cottage, and going boating.

In addition to being an amazing husband to Donna, Vincent Henry Letosky was also a great father to his two children, son Jeffrey Letosky of Florida, and daughter Julie Letosky Baker of Ohio, whom he shared with his late former wife, Nanette Trzaskoma.

Jeffrey took to his Facebook page to pay tribute to his late father, Vincent, and recall his memories.

The post reads:

“I am writing this with a heavy heart. Vincent Letosky, my father, mentor, friend and so much more, passed away this morning. Thank you, Pops, for all that you gave me. I am the man and father I am today because of the lessons and examples you set. Your passing leaves a void in my life, and I will deeply miss your wit and wisdom. The world is less bright without you. Rest in peace. May your journey be peaceful. I love you.”

Vincent’s son, Jeffrey Letosky, who lives with his wife, Lisa McMaster Letosky, in Florida, serves as the General Manager of J & S Landscaping.

Jeffrey Letosky is a proud father of two beautiful daughters, Alexis Steers and Anastasia Letosky, Vicent’s granddaughters, whom he shared with his late wife, Lori Steers.

While Vincent’s daughter, Juleena ‘Julie’ Baker Letosky, hasn’t shared much about her professional life, she is happily married to Deena Baker and lives in Ohio.

In addition to his wife, kids, and grandchildren, Vincent is survived by his two sisters, Patricia Richardson and Connie Letosky.

Vincent Henry Letosky was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Emily, and his brothers, Charles and Donald Letosky.
