According to a family member, Andy Ramirez died in a car accident; however, the family has not shared further details as they grieve his loss.

Andy Ramirez was known for his amazing athletic skills and touched the lives of many with his humble and kind nature.

A native of Arizona, Andy Ramirez attended Dysart High School in El Mirage, where he excelled in football and graduated in 1997. He was also a great golfer.

While the details regarding his athletic journey are not available, as Andy Ramirez preferred to maintain a low profile, his contribution to the community will always be remembered.

Andy Ramirez was not just an amazing athlete but also a devoted husband to his longtime wife, Connie Ramirez, and a great father to his beautiful daughter, Layla Raee.

The couple welcomed their first child together, a daughter, Layla Raee, on January 23, 2023.

Furthermore, the untimely death of Andy Ramirez has left a profound void in the lives of his wife, children, and family.

His wife, Connie Ramirez, took to her social media to express her sorrow and recall the memories of her late husband.

The post reads:

“💔 I never imagined I’d be writing something like this.This weekend, my husband Andy passed away unexpectedly, and my world has been shattered. He wasn’t just my husband — he was my rock, the one who held our family together, and the provider who made sure Layla and I were always cared for.”

Connie has also created a GoFundMe page in honor of her late husband, Andy Ramirez, and asked people to help her cover financial expenses for his funeral and memorial services.

She wrote:

“In the middle of grieving the man I built my life with, I’m also facing the weight of planning his funeral — something I never thought I’d have to do so soon, and something I can’t carry on my own. All I want is to give him the goodbye he deserves, to honor the love he gave so freely, and to make sure Layla grows up knowing how loved her daddy was. As hard as it is for me to ask, I need help. If you’re able, please consider donating to help with Andy’s funeral expenses. Every donation, every share, every prayer — it all matters, and it all means more than I can ever say.”

The fundraiser’s goal is to raise $30k, and to date, around $14,944 has been raised, which is 50 percent of the total goal.

In addition to his wife, Connie, and daughter Layla, Andy Ramirez is survived by his daughter, Tori, and two sons, whom he shared with his former partner, Deanna Woolsey; his sister, Natalie Ramirez Martinez; and the whole family.

His daughter Tori Ramirez took to her Instagram stories to pay tribute to the late Andy and wrote, “so incredibly sad, just want to hug him and let him know how loved he was.”
