Eli Manning, an American former professional football quarterback, is married to fashion designer Abby McGrew and has four children.
Abby is the daughter of American writer Tom McGrewm, who is famous for writing Fairy Magic. She has always been supportive of Eli’s athletic journey.
Eli began playing football at the Isidore Newman School and committed to play college football at the University of Mississippi.
He was also a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity and was named Sigma Nu Athlete of the Year in 2001 and 2003.
The San Diego Chargers selected him in the first round with the first pick at the 2004 NFL draft and signed a six-year, $45 million contract.
He played 16 seasons with the New York Giants, leading them to Super Bowl victories against the New England Patriots dynasty in Super Bowls XLII and XLVI.
Moreover, he was named Super Bowl MVP in both championships, which made him one of six players to receive the award multiple times.
Eli never missed a game due to injury and started 210 consecutive games from 2004 to 2017. It was the third-longest consecutive starts streak by an NFL quarterback.
On January 22, 2020, he announced his retirement and joined ESPN as an NFL analyst for the 2021 season.
For 16 seasons, Eli Manning defined what it is to be a New York Giant both on and off the field. Eli is our only two-time Super Bowl MVP and one of the very best players in our franchise’s history. He represented our franchise as a consummate professional with dignity and accountability. It meant something to Eli to be the Giants quarterback, and it meant even more to us. We are beyond grateful for his contributions to our organization and look forward to celebrating his induction into the Giants Ring of Honor in the near future.

Eli Manning And Abby McGrew’s Love Story Was Built To Last
Eli Manning and his wife, Abby McGrew, share a love story that has only grown stronger over the years. The couple first met in the spring of 2002 while attending the University of Mississippi.
Their relationship blossomed during their college years, and after six years of dating, they tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony on April 19, 2008, in Los Cabos, Mexico.
Since then, Eli and Abby have built a loving family, welcoming four children: daughters Ava Frances, Lucy Thomas, and Caroline Olivia, and son Charles “Charlie” Elisha.
Abby prefers to stay out of the spotlight while Eli occasionally shares sweet family moments on social media. She is more focused on raising their children and supporting charitable causes.
A proud Ole Miss alum, Abby graduated in 2005 with a degree in family and consumer sciences.
The married couple has remained deeply connected to their alma mater and donated $1 million to provide need-based scholarships to students in 2010.
Furthermore, Abby was one of Eli’s most prominent supporters throughout his NFL career, often seen cheering him on from the sidelines.
Even after his retirement, their bond remains strong, with Eli cherishing the extra time he now gets to spend with his wife and kids.
It’s good that I get to be around more. I found out that just getting some car time with my kids can be the best time to get that chat in with them, get to know what’s going on in their day and at school. It’s been a lot of fun for me.

Beyond football, the couple has also made an impact in healthcare and announced their plans in 2009 to help build the Eli and Abby Manning Birthing Center at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan.
Similarly, they raised over $2.5 million to open the Eli Manning Children’s Clinics at Children’s of Mississippi in 2009.
Every mother wants her children to have what they need, and when they need medical care, they want that care to be compassionate and to be available nearby. This is why Children’s of Mississippi means so much to our family.
